ITX Construction/Consultants, Inc received OSI Restaurant Partners LLC's Purveyor of the Decade award for its overall business performance in providing Outback with world class construction and project management services.  The award was given during ceremonies Sunday, March31, 2008, at Outback’s annual conference in Orlando, Florida. . This conference is always an exciting event, and this year's was no exception. For three days, OSI employees from over twenty countries and its purveyors shared business ideas, enjoyed social events and sightseeing, they also heard from leaders in the industry and government.

In making the award presentation, Bill Allen, C.E.O of OSI said “When I met Tom Penna with ITX Construction over 10 years ago, I immediately felt that we had selected the right company to build out our first three restaurants” ITX is a customer centric organization. OSI recognized ITX for its experience, energy and strong management team that have serviced OSI over a decade.  

Chris Sullivan, Chairman of the Board, OSI Partners added his perspective on the award. “We love your work. Thank you for all you have done for Fleming’s and OSI” As OSI continues to win in the marketplace with its dining customers, we are proud to be the purveyors of the decade, and to help set a standard for excellence in our industry.

Thomas Penna, President of ITX Construction/Consultants received the award from Bill Allen. Penna addressed, the attendees, which were in excess of 5,000 from around the world "Congratulations to Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse on its success during their first ten years of business and that I share this award with all the great people that make up ITX Construction. Thank you and I accept this award on behalf of all of us at ITX. I look forward to being part of Fleming’s success during the next ten years.”
