Establish on-site organization and lines of authority in order to carry out the overall plans of the construction team.
- Establish systems for coordination among the owner, consultants and the contractors to determine proper channels of approval for materials, submittals and alternates.
- Conduct progress meetings at the site which will track and evaluate construction progress, solve current and future problems.
- Develop and monitor an effective method of project cost control and revise budgets as needed or as requested by the owner.
- Review all applications for payment by contractors and give approvals for payment to the owner as they apply.
- Assist in obtaining all final approvals and achieve occupancy status from all governing agencies.
- Obtain all warranties, as-built drawings, product guides and manuals, and prepare such documents for long term storage by the owner.

- Continue to give the owner support for the new project for a period of one year.
